Why cork
Bark from a living tree, engineered for British walls
Cork is harvested from the bark of cork oaks, which regrow it. CorkSol blends it with a water-based binder and we spray it on in thin layers.
Flexes, so it doesn't crack
Stretches by up to 38% before it breaks. Normal house movement stays hidden.
Breathes, so walls dry out
Moisture escapes as vapour while rain runs off, which is what older solid walls need.
Insulates, so rooms stay warmer

How a job runs
From survey to finished wall
You deal with Mark from the first visit to the final walk-round.
Free survey
We check the walls, look for the cause of any damp and go through colours. You get a fixed written quote.
Prep and repair
Walls are washed, loose render is cut out and repaired, and windows and doors are masked.
Spray the cork
SprayCork goes on in coats with specialist spray kit, building an even, seamless finish.
Sign-off
We walk the job with you, tidy up, and register your 25-year CorkSol warranty.

Spray cork FAQs
How much does spray cork cost?
It depends on the wall area, access and scaffolding, and how much repair the existing surface needs. We'll survey for free and give you a fixed written price, so there are no surprises.
Can it go over my existing render or pebble-dash?
Yes, in most cases. SprayCork bonds to almost any sound surface, including render, pebble-dash, brick, block and board. Anything loose or blown is cut out and repaired first.
Will it fix my damp problem?
It helps a lot, because it sheds rain while letting trapped moisture escape. We always find the cause first, such as gutters, ground levels or failed render, so the coating isn't hiding a problem.
How long does it last?
CorkSol backs SprayCork with a 25-year product warranty, and we add a 3-year workmanship guarantee. Because it flexes, it doesn't suffer the cracking that shortens the life of hard render and masonry paint.
What colours can I choose?
There are 28 standard colours, from whites and ivories to greys and anthracite. Bring your ideas to the survey and we'll show you real samples.
Can you apply it inside too?
Yes. Internally it works as a thin insulating coating for cold, condensation-prone walls, without losing the room space that insulation boards take up.
